Jake Schirmer

Founder of Pilllar, LLC

CEO & Founder

Jake Schirmer has been responsible for leading numerous development projects, opportunities, and construction projects in Kentucky and surrounding states. He was responsible for achieving success by implementing creative solutions both as a contractor and as a developer.

Sanford "Sam" Howard

Co-Founder of Pilllar, LLC

CEO & Founder of Trace Creek Construction

Mr. Howard started Trace Creek Construction in 1993, with a vision to provide clients with the upmost quality of craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and

assurance of timely project delivery, and this all still holds true today.

Benjamin E. Brandstetter, P.E.

Co-Founder of Pilllar, LLC

President of Brandstetter Carroll Inc.

Mr. Brandstetter is a Professional Engineer with 23 years’ experience and serves as the President of BCI. His experience includes local, state, and federal projects. He is well versed in civil and traffic engineering.
